HELIOS small fixes

1) Add Sayhas' talisman skills (4 active, 1 passive(sayha's+venir), and add this skills for sayhas talisman 4-6-8-10 lvls:

Going to: stats/skills/ - open 27600-27699 and add this

This is working on 100%. But if venir+sayha's dont work - go to armorsets and add venir 12+ sayha's for set.
